ANTI COVID-19 PROCEDURES
Hotel Sanitization
When the structure was reopened, a nebulization in the internal rooms and the spraying in the external ones of suitable sanitizing products was foreseen.
Clean and sanitize all surfaces in the room and bathroom, including the remote control and the ventilation knob through the use of specific products, guests are invited to store all their products in their beauty case.
The time spent at the reception will be reduced, web check in and check out will be required, before the arrival of the customer will be asked for a copy of the identity document and privacy authorization.
The client will be invited to keep the key for the duration of the stay.
Baggage handling will be done with gloves.
There will be support staff trained in good practices for limiting the risk of Coronavirus spread.Areas frequented by personnel always adequately protected with gloves and masks will be disinfected several times a day.
For the common areas ( Hall,Reception,Restaurant,Swimming pool),access will be restricted and body temperature will be constantly monitored.
Breakfast room
Serve breakfast in your room in covered containers
Breakfast room, in accordance with the protocol can not 'be served breakfast buffet self service and therefore will be' prepared a special menu à la carte
The tables will be set up with the appropriate safety distances;
Staff will keep their distance and be equipped with personal protective equipment.
Car parking
Parking: the customer will proceed to turn off the air conditioning and ventilation of the vehicle;
The staff in charge of the parking facilities have, at hand, disinfectant solutions, to be provided for immediate use by the guest arriving at the facility.

Daily temperature measurement in compliance with privacy regulations.
All the staff are provided with gloves masks and sanitizing gel.
